Payment Terms:
Payments are processed via Payfast, accepting credit cards, EFT, and other methods. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We do not store full payment details; they are handled securely by Payfast.

Return and Refund:
Policy Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion; contact us with proof.
No returns on opened or used supplements for health and safety reasons.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by our courier partner, Bob Go.
